The day is slow... lunch is passing me by... recycling stuff soon... at my place in Anza.
Drove my truck today... would you believe that someone quoted me $178 to change the fan belts? Would you believe that an oil change could cost $70?
Got to find a cheap table saw and use it to cut up old plywood and other scraps into stove size wood. Recycling... from scrap wood to a warm house.
Taking the long way round... that will be my commute tonight. Santa Ana, Capistrano, Ortega Highway, Elsinore, Temecula, Anza.
Has anyone heard or own a HD radio in their car? I'm contemplating one for the truck. I'm also thinking of putting a 2 meter/440 Mhz transceiver in there too. Time to practice ham radio again.
Speaking of ham radio... I have a bunch of stuff, antennas, masts, HF radios, 2 meter radios, 2 meter sideband rigs, software, TNC's, etc. I need to use it so I don't get rusty.
